At PAWS for Rehabilitation we use therapeutic swimming as part of the many treatments available to our patients.

Guinness had back surgery due to a herniated disk.  He was having trouble relearning to walk and has been receiving rehabilitation therapy, as part of his strength, balance, and coordination training Guinness learned to swim!

Watch this U-Tube video of Guinness swimming for the first time ever!  Guinness's owners didn't know if he would like his swimming therapy as he hasn't ever tried to swim before, but he took to it like a fish in the water and never looked back!  Video courtesy of Guinness's family.
